In addition to its sub-specialty pathology services, Specialized Pathology Laboratories provides physicians with extensive consultation services. These consultation services have proven to be extremely useful and effective, enabling physicians
to provide better treatments and work more efficiently. The consultation services are also useful for patients who need a second opinion.

Once the consultation material has been presented to us, we will review it and handle it to the respective pathologist
who specializes in that specific field. The pathologist will analyze the material and write a detailed report.

In case of second opinions, most insurance carriers will cover the expenses. If the costs of the second opinion report
or the follow ups are not covered by insurance, we will do our best to make your payment as convenient as possible.

   the relevant information for the consultancy

•  If you are a pathologist looking for a second opinion, please send us the surgical material along with final pathology
   report directly to Specialized Pathology Laboratories

•  If you are a physician, send us all the material and medical information related to the consultation process

•  Complete the following form and add it to the material you send us

•  Attach to the material a copy of the surgical pathology report
