Specialized Pathology Laboratories complies with all HIPPA rules and regulations.  Our data storage, laboratory facilities and web portal are fully secured to HIPPA standards.  All patient data is received and forwarded via secure, automated, electronic processes.  All employees, contractors, sub-contractors, agents and representatives are required to sign an agreement to abide by the HIPAA Privacy Act of 1996 and a confidentiality & non-disclosure agreement.
